Please note that your reservation will take effect only after we have received the confirmation from you. When filling in the booking form, we strongly recommend that you provide the correct information to avoid any inconvenience. Your details are highly important to ensuring that your booking is made accurately. We guarantee that all of your information shall remain confidential.
If you wish to cancel any reservation made with us, this should be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your excursion date. Should you wish to cancel the excursion during the 48 hours period; your deposit will be non-refundable. In order for you to cancel, kindly contact us at the soonest through email or phone call.
For the safety of our guest, we may postpone or cancel the excursion due to extreme weather conditions or any other pivotal factors. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately and a full amount of your paid deposit/full amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days of notice of the cancellation.
We strongly advise you to respect the cancellation policy.
We are especially known to be one of the most convenient Excursion Specialist in Seychelles. Thus, we enable our guest to make Late Bookings while we organize and tailor suit your excursion during your stay. For this option, we advise you to make full payment for the excursion. Should you choose to cancel the late booking option, kindly note that a 20% cancellation fee will be charged and deducted on the amount paid. The rest of the amount will be refunded to you in 5 working days.
When reserving and making your confirmation, regrettably the availability of your chosen excursion may be uncertain as a few of our excursions are outsourced to our partners. Nonetheless, it is only after you have made your reservation that we will be able to confirm your booking. Should your chosen date or excursion be unavailable, we will contact you immediately to provide other options & services closest to the chosen date and type of excursion. However, should at this point you wish to cancel your reservation, we shall refund the full amount of your paid excursion within 5 working days of cancellation.
Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit or full amount against the value of the excursion you wish to purchase. Once the excursion have been placed and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit/full amount shall be used as consideration for the value of excursion you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
Our payment system is protected, safe and secure. Your payment will go through PayPal even paying directly with credit card (means you don’t need a PayPal account, its only PayPal processing in the background), so you’ll have peace of mind when making your payment. We ensure that your information will remain confidential.
Upon confirming your booking, you will be presented with three options:
1) Pay full amount
2) Pay deposit only
3) Reserve and pay Later
Upon confirmation of the chosen excursion, a deposit of 20% of the confirmed excursion amount will be charged if you are choosing the Pay Deposits Only option. This payment deposit will serve as a guarantee & confirmation of your booking. However, if you wish to make payment for the full amount online, kindly choose the Pay Full Amount option.
For refund, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy. When you have paid your deposit, the rest of the amount will be payable by Cash or Credit Card (Visa or Master) when we pick you up on the day of the excursion. The payment is to be made directly with our Agent. When paying the last amount upon pick up, kindly note that we accept Euro (€), Seychelles Rupees (SCR), US Dollar ($), Pounds Sterling (£) and Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
For those who cater to choose the Reserve and pay later option, we will send you a PayPal Invoice with the payment method to request partial payment (deposit 20%) of your excursion amount. This will take place not later than 24 hours prior to the date of your excursion as it is part of our Reservation Policy.
We value your privacy! This is why our system deletes all information (emails & contact details) you provided when reserving with us. We therefore do not keep your Personal information or emails for future advertising.
